Where do you ship from?

We ship all orders from our warehouse in Hong Kong.

Can I change or cancel my order?

As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, any change or cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests after this time may be denied. However, once your order arrives, it can be returned for a full refund.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. During peak seasons and holidays, please allow extra time for processing. We process orders from Monday to Friday, typically within 1-3 business days from the order date, and ship the following business day. Note: We do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand, orders may take between 2-4 weeks to arrive, depending on your location.

What if I don't receive my order?

If your order has not arrived within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

Our prices are displayed tax-free in US Dollars. Depending on your country, you may need to pay duties, taxes, or related customs fees upon receiving your order. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are not covered by us. Delays caused by customs are out of our control. For further details, please contact your local customs office.

How do I return an item?

What if the item(s) I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?

If you receive an incorrect, missing, or defective item, please contact us with your order number, photos of the item(s), and all relevant details upon receiving your package. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. For credit or debit card payments, refunds are sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days from receiving the returned item or cancellation request. For delays in posting, please contact your card issuer for details on when the credit will appear in your account.
